Prawn Fry

Ingredients:
Prawn - 500 gm
Red Chilli powder - 1.5 tbsp
Garam masala - 3/4 tbsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Onion - 1/2 sliced thinly
Salt to taste

Method:
Clean and devein the prawns.
Mix all the masala powders and keep it aside for 10 mins.
Heat oil in a pan, then put the prawn & onion and saute for 5 mins, close and cook another 5 mins
Finally fry for another 2 mins till it becomes dry. Serve with rasam and rice.
