Vegetable Noodles - 2

 This is another quick and tasty version of innovating your maggi noodles. This recipe contains capsicum, beans, carrot and paneer. This is yummy as well as filling.

Ingredients:

Green and red capsicum - 1/2 of each
Onion - 1/2
Beans - 10
Carrot - 1 small
Paneer - 250 gms
Noodles - 3 blocks ( i used maggi instant noodles)
Water
Salt for the vegetables

Method:
1.Chop all the vegetables finely.
2.Heat little bit oil in a pan and saute the vegetables one by one.
3.Chop the paneer into small cubes and keep it immersed in warm water. We will just add at the final stage.
4. Add the masala mix you get along with the pack or you can replace it with a tbsp of chilli powder and 3/4 tbsp of garam masala.
5.Once the vegetables are semi cooked, add about 3*200 ml of water or roughly 3 cups of water.
6.Once the water starts boiling, add the noodles and let it cook for 5 mins.
7.Garnish with spring onion leaves or coriander leaves.
